The insanity will only get worse. What next tossing kids in jail for squirtgun fights???

"State police investigated a report of a 13-year-old Tamaqua Middle School seventh grade student who made a gesture with his fingers in reference to a gun while pointing at fellow students.

It's been less than a week since the shooting of 28 people, including 20 first and second grade children, at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, and authorities aren't hesitating to take action.

Police said the boy will be charged with disorderly conduct and will be suspended from school."

Those retarded teachers view a "spork" as a deadly weapon.

This doesn't supprize me.

You can have all the book smarts in the world and still be dumb as a box of rocks in common sense.

"you can't be too safe" . Fear driven punishment on innocent kids.

The government doesn't have to take over and run a military state.
Given enough time and fear, American citizens will be begging the government for it.

We're all "guilty until proven innocent" now. Don't you notice that it's getting worse over the years ?
And officials don't back down either when it turns out they are wrong.

Suspension for that high school kids who did NOTHING wrong.
Disorderly conduct for that kid making a gun from his fingers.

Heck haven't you done that "loading the shotgun" hand movement and sound at various times in your life ?
Doesn't mean you're going to go on a shooting rampage, does it ?

Ya know arming teachers may not be such a good idea. Whatever bozo this was who called the cops may have just shot the kid if he/she were armed.
