Forget all this he said she said. The House needs to get to work and do their job. Pass bills and publicly announce it's sending to the Senate. Place it all on Harry Reid publicly.
Bring it to the floor for a vote in the Senate, or modify it and send it back to the house.....

Place the ball clearly in Harry Reid's court, and do it over and over, until the people clearly see the problem with Congress.
