Cigarettes are not banned because they are not responsible for more than 440,000 deaths. In fact, there is no empirical evidence that cigarettes or smoking tobacco causes any illness whatsoever. The AHA is feeding you pure propaganda.

I am probably one of the more pro-Tobacco posters here, but lets be realistic, the fact is when you smoke you are trapping tar in your lungs and over the long term those carbon deposits do cause illness.

If you were thinking clearly, you'd have to acknowledge the difference between a cigarette and a firearm. I won't explain the difference; I know you can figure it out. You seem quite desperate to rationalize the lethal power of a firearm.

The leftwing power brokers could care less about people...all they're worried about is their hold on power!!!

No. They're not.

In fact... nobody is talking about banning guns.

My god, but if you didn't have the voices in your head to argue with, what would you ever do with your computer?

Then why is there no direct link between tobacco use and illness? Some people are adversely affected by tobacco use, while others are completely unaffected. There is no direct correlation, only a statistical correlation.
