clb10: "MYTH" should not have been in the descriptor part of the question but in the option part of the answer.
When so many people latch onto imaginary bias that can only mean they have no proof of advantages whites supposedly get to support their perhaps paranoid victim hood addiction.

so why did you even create the thread then? like another poster said, your just trying to frame it into a way where people will agree with you.
Trillions of dollars wasted on unconstitutional social programs.
Government set asides for minority owned businesses.
Various affirmative action programs
Minority business enterprise programs
The minority business development agency
Ridiculous offices/departments of diversity in various levels of government. Racial diversity has never been proven to be beneficial to anyone or anything except the emotions of a few oversensitive morons.
The EEOC
Minority recruitment programs at colleges.
The list would be numerous pages long.
This list is seriously LOLZ worthy. It's news to me that the EEOC's purpose is to benefit minorities. Gee, I thought it handled gender discrimination, sexual harrassment, harrassment due to your religion, things of that nature. By golly, I'm wrong!
Affirmative Action and all of the other myriad of "minority help" programs also benefit white women. Considering for years, they too were getting proverbially crotch kicked, I don't have a problem with that.
None of these programs would even exist if there hadn't been descrimination to begin with. Obviously since people couldn't figure out on their own that discrimination based on gender/race (two things that people cannot change) is a despicable thing, then these programs had to be.

You seriously made me LOL at this comment. Thanks for the laugh.

Are you the woman with the stunning eyes in your profile picture?
If that image is in fact real, and not photoshopped, it's not right.
However, one picture does not an entire story make. There was a TON of looting in New Orleans during Katrina. And yes, it was looting. Looting of stores. Looting of homes.
There were some folks that went after food, and you've got to feed your family, but don't for a minute thing that the looting didn't occur. And yes, if they were white and doing that, they were looting. However, the majority of New Orleans' inner city is black, so by default, more are going to be called looters, as there are more of them.
When I was growing up, I use to think it was a myth until I got into Corporate America. I've seen people literally passed up on opportunities and making less money for no other reason than their skin color. Not to mention certain people being "targets" at work while others aren't as scrutinized for more serious issues.
