Obama and Congress rang them up. But not all are yet bills. Not all money "authorized" has yet been spent, which is why we need the cuts in spending (which will probabably never happen, if history tells us anything, and we have learned anything from the Reagan years).

The 2010 - 2012 budget was passed and signed in summer of 2011. The 2013 budget process is yet to come.

Anything to back this up?

Oh, wait, now you are going to tell me to go find it, right.....nope.....you stated this, now show us....that a full 100% budget was passed, not a portion, a full 100% budget....

I bet you'd love to see a dictatorship arise in America and the elimination of Congress completely.
One man making all the rules.

Just remember..it may not always be YOUR man at the top calling the shots.

The "welfare state" is running out of money and they are desperately seeking new revenue sources.
