No law that infringes on the enumerated rights in the COTUS is legal. The only way to change that is to either, amend or remove. The federal gov can not do anything that is not enumerated in the COTUS.

On the topic at hand. For it's entire history the POTUS has done things that are unconstitutional. That is why you have a supreme court. What's wrong all of you doomsday prophets? Don't you trust your own system? It just makes me laugh the freakin hysteria about nothing that is a daily feature of everything American.
I guess you don't think Biden is a serious source either? Or maybe your ears are full of syrup.

I'm thinking of sending some special order toilet paper to the White House as a gift - it will have the Constitution printed on it.

Oh, they've already got the idea. With every week that goes by, I hear more and more talk from inside and outside the Beltline about the concept that the Constitution is outdated and obsolete.

Perhaps those folks who say the Constitution is outdated and obsolete should move to Europe. Truly sad.

If history is any teacher, congress will sit idly by and let them do as they please.

The lft love dictators and tyrants, which is why there will be libs who will actually encourage 0bama to bypass Congress and attempt to rule over the nation with more executive orders from 0bama.

The American Revolution started at Concord and Lexington, because King George III, acting on his own, sent government troops to confiscate guns from private citizens in those towns.

Recently, some people have started referring to that war as "The First Revolutionary War".
