No law that infringes on the enumerated rights in the COTUS is legal. The only way to change that is to either, amend or remove. The federal gov can not do anything that is not enumerated in the COTUS.
I'm sorry but I just can't take anyone seriously who quotes Fox for anything be it correct or not. Fox completely lacks even a shread of credibility. Why anyone would use this collection of hack faux journalists the learn any facts about anything is way beyond me. It's sort of like going to kindergarten to learn about nuclear fusion. You know I hope that studies have shown that people who watch this parody of reality actually know less than those who watch nothing!!!!
On the topic at hand. For it's entire history the POTUS has done things that are unconstitutional. That is why you have a supreme court. What's wrong all of you doomsday prophets? Don't you trust your own system? It just makes me laugh the freakin hysteria about nothing that is a daily feature of everything American.
I guess you don't think Biden is a serious source either? Or maybe your ears are full of syrup.
Oh, they've already got the idea. With every week that goes by, I hear more and more talk from inside and outside the Beltline about the concept that the Constitution is outdated and obsolete.

The American Revolution started at Concord and Lexington, because King George III, acting on his own, sent government troops to confiscate guns from private citizens in those towns.
Recently, some people have started referring to that war as "The First Revolutionary War".
