I'm not creating this thread to argue my beliefs which is that the sum of Liberals and Conservatives equals a stronger America.
What I am curious about is the percentage of more extreme Conservatives and Liberals as oppose to more moderate Conservatives and Liberals. I just want to see what the political alignment is on this board even thought this question has probably been answered before.
I'm basically socially liberal and fiscally moderate. Anti-imperalism and anti-war in pretty much all cases. I find most of the Democrats to be slightly less noxious than the GOP but I voted for Gary Johnson. I also support the right of secession and would be overjoyed if, say, Texas secession actually prevailed.
I'll probably catch hell for this, but I am pretty moderate. I am fiscally right of center, socially left of center, I just come across as an extreme RWNJ because something about modern day liberals drives me completely and totally insane.
I'm socially conservative fiscally moderate. I consider myself to be a moderate Republican. Unfortunately so many "conservatives" (in truth, they are reactionaries not conservatives) call me liberal and things like that
I consider myself an Libertarian but with conservative and liberal and anarchist views mixed in.
