Restore the Constitution of the United States of America as our primary governing document.

The one as it is written, or the one Stephen Breyer describes as "evolving"?

I'd restore the quotas on immigration that existed between 1924 to 1965!

Indeed.

I'd abolish the party system though.

I'm going to bite the hook. Please elaborate.

I'd allow for direct representation. Everyone gets an ATM-like card. You go to your local machine, insert your card, options needing your vote come up on screen, you vote, and you get a printed receipt of how you voted WITH a bar code for tracking purposes. No more hanging chads washing up on Palm Beach County Florida. Cuts out the middle man (I mean senator) who never casts votes in my favor anyway.

Foreign Affairs:

*Declare the USA a neutral country along the lines of Sweden and proceed accordingly.

Domestic:

*Attempt to implement pay as you go in Congress/Balanced Budget Amendment to attempt fiscal sanity.

*Fix immigration as best I could- Seal the border and streamline the process so that people who do come legally can better do so.

*Decriminalize most drugs, disband the DEA and use the savings to hopefully get entitlement spending into the black.

*Wake up in a puddle after dreaming of the above 4.

Good proposals. I'd vote for you---maybe I especially like U.S. neutrality. Just a tid bit, for every dollar the U.S. earns, 64¢ goes to debt and the rest goes to everything else. Half of that "everything else" goes to the military. That leaves just 18¢ per dollar to operate the country. Being neutral will definately reduce our military spending.
