They should stop having sex with women then and cease being 'enslaved' by their biological childrens' needs to eat and live.
Can you read? It's estimated that 90,000 men/year are enslaved for 18 years to pay for another man kid. Today, 30% of DNA paternity tests, nearly one in three, prove that the man involved is not the father of the child in question.
For the state it doesn't matter who pay$. A man is given 1 year window (or less) to prove that he's not a father, after that he's hooked for 18 years regardless of DNA test results. Many men don't suspect that time limit exists, the foolishly assume that DNA tests would exonerate them. Generally, it's not true, once you are a legal father you pay. Lying women get rewarded for their lies and dishonesty.

Who says they're lying? You suggesting that women will know which dude they had sex with is most compatible with the DNA of the dude they actually got pregnant by?
We women are smart and all, but we're not all biochemists.

I believe that even woman study departments don't argue the numbers of paternity frauds. 20-30% of the males are raising other man' kids (thinking they are theirs), it is a solid scientific consensus. The point is - women are rewarded big for lies and cheating, this encourages cheating and lies. All a woman has to do to serve a notice to a motel room she slept with a guy, wait for a year and collect for the next 18 years.
My brother is enslaved paying for his daughter who the courts REFUSE to even talk about giving him visitation for....they won't even talk about visitation they say its not up to them yet he can't find out who it is up to...she is 5 now and he hasn't seen her since she was 3. The mother refuses...course what do you expect I guess.

Generally paternity tests are only done if there is reason to believe the child is not yours. Are you saying this extends to the general population? We may end up getting to the point that DNA tests will become an automatic part of the newborn baby battery of tests. Not really a bad idea if you ask me.
