A report found young pupils were being encouraged to express themselves and permitted to dress as the opposite sex without judgment.

Inspectors have praised infant schools for supporting their cross-dressing students, with children as young as four being labelled as “transgender”.

The education watchdog highlighted examples of good practice, such as appreciating “that a boy may prefer to be known as a girl and have a girl’s name and similarly a girl may have a girl’s name but wants to dress as and be a boy”.Primary schools praised for labelling four-year-olds 'transgender' - Telegraph

Do you think that 4 year olds out there that have a gender identity disorder? Or does it come from birth?

Well, besides that article being without much merit and factless to boot, I don't judge infants or preschoolers on anything they choose to "play" with. Their name is their name, they can pretend to be a dog but are still a child, and I know of nobody labeling 4 year olds as "transgendered".

If someone is transgendered they will tell you in no uncertain terms when they know it themselves and if they feel like they won't get treated like crap for it. I guess that's all we can hope for?

I miss the old goals of becoming a firefighter or astronaut, but bring up dangerous activities like that today and your kid gets expelled. Won't have a child until my single earning potential covers the little lady so SHE can have her way during the formative years. Wifey could do all this GLBT stuff with our kid, I wouldn't say anything as it would be her judgement. Some dad types just want to provide and let mom do her thing, but no way would I want creepy child psychologists breaking my child of his/her gender because it was good for the progressive movement.

Sigh.... at least we aren't the only country that has lost its collective mind.

There's some agenda underfoot when 4 year olds are labelled as "transgender" for doing things they know nothing about.

I remember as a kid how we got pairs of our mother's high heels and had "races" up and down the block and both girls and boys did it. Had nothing to do with being "transgendered"..it had to do with being able to balance yourself in those high heels without falling.

And I also remember how we all got yelled at and punished for destroying the shoes

I feel sorry for kids today. The adults are the morons here, rushing to label any action in their adult terms.
