You aren't going to stop abortion, so your time and money would be better spent improving the at risk conditions. If people don't have to get an abortion they won't - if everything else is in place such as a job that pays enough and a stable partner.

The difference is that pregnancy is a natural outcome from engaging in sexual intercourse. Whether it occurs certainly is based on several factors, some random. However it is not accidental - whereas falling down stairs is accidental.
