This is a bogus story that is running in Florida. First off Adverse possession you have to pay the taxes for 7 years. I don't think he could afford to pay the taxes for one year in 7 years. Next he is not using it he is trespassing. Its a bogus story if you look it up.

He has been evicted and I read that BOA has a case against him for squatting.
