Indeed but what Obama did hasn't happened with every president. Just Obama. Please, before responding read up what the differences were with what Obama did and what other presidents have done in the past.

You know what I see there. I see a 'well crap, now we have to start all over again'. Also, did Obama do this on purpose? Or did he do this accidentally, because he wasn't paying attention to adjournments, vs. recess? It's is hard to pin whats a whats a with Obama, because he does lack a wee bit of professionalism. So the way he operates either he is really really smart, or....he is really really, lacking, something in the IQ area. Seriously, I don't know.
PS: If I had pulled a stunt like this, I'd be looking for another job, because I would have been fired on the spot.

A third federal appeals court ruled Wednesday that President Obama violated the Constitution last year when he made recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board, adding more weight to the case as it goes before the Supreme Court in the justices’ next session.
#1 Technically Bush did not do the same. The whole point is that Obama made recess appointments when there wasn't a recess - per recent court ruling.
#2 Obama supporters really have to give up the "but Bush did it too" defense. Bush was a horrible president and your constant need to compare Obama to Bush is showing that he is becoming a horrible president too. It would be nice if liberals would force Obama to live up to his words and not flip flop or lie as much.
Thank you for a very straight up post. They have nothing else, and yes when this President lies so much, stretches the truth, does not tell us the damn truth, they have to bring Bush up.
Let me tell ya, this President surely is not better then what the hell we have had in our past. Infact there is no unity what so ever, people are further apart then ever before, why is that. And where the hell is the unity, transparency, i can go on.
