Ever heard of precedent? If it happens with every president, the court will look at that trail . . .

So, we have Republicans attacking Unionization efforts ... how novel. Anything else like, maybe in the Consumer protection area? How about CC interest rates or clearly stated terms etc .... ? Do we really want to go back down those roads?

Indeed but what Obama did hasn't happened with every president. Just Obama. Please, before responding read up what the differences were with what Obama did and what other presidents have done in the past.

Republicans are not attacking any thing. Shoot, they wouldn't know how to attack. They sit with their junk in their hands these days, playing tittly winks with their thumbs, going, ummm what?

So let me just put the first part of that sentence in there: "If it stands, it could invalidate hundreds of board decisions over the past year"....

You know what I see there. I see a 'well crap, now we have to start all over again'. Also, did Obama do this on purpose? Or did he do this accidentally, because he wasn't paying attention to adjournments, vs. recess? It's is hard to pin whats a whats a with Obama, because he does lack a wee bit of professionalism. So the way he operates either he is really really smart, or....he is really really, lacking, something in the IQ area. Seriously, I don't know.

PS: If I had pulled a stunt like this, I'd be looking for another job, because I would have been fired on the spot.

Third court overturns Obama recess appointments

A third federal appeals court ruled Wednesday that President Obama violated the Constitution last year when he made recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board, adding more weight to the case as it goes before the Supreme Court in the justices’ next session.

It would be nice if liberals would force Obama to live up to his words and not flip flop or lie as much.

Thank you for a very straight up post. They have nothing else, and yes when this President lies so much, stretches the truth, does not tell us the damn truth, they have to bring Bush up.

Let me tell ya, this President surely is not better then what the hell we have had in our past. Infact there is no unity what so ever, people are further apart then ever before, why is that. And where the hell is the unity, transparency, i can go on.

Bush is history, have nothing else, come up with something more original please. You sound like children when you bring up Bush. Well lets compare now? Shall we compare notes too, oh please!

Obama knows nothing about taking responsibility for his actions infact any President who attacks others, for not agreeing with him or his stance, is a pissy attitude of a Man.

There are reasons the Repubs dislike Obama's appointment to NLRB .... it's got something to do with "in your face".

There’s a good reason Republicans hate Obama’s labor board nominees
