He doesn't understand this issue at all. If our government becomes tyrannical, hundreds of thousands of local LE and military members would side with the citizens. This would not be a fight between the military and the citizens. This would be a fight between the government and thousands of local LE and soldiers loyal to the citizens and supporters of the constitution.

In any event, this is one reason why the citizens are taking every precaution and arming themselves.
