Poor woman. They have some prior stories about her other kids being killed. Ironically it seems like this last one slain was the real bad apple in the bunch. Clearly we've failed her. Had we dropped more money into additional social programs, this clearly would not have happened. Surely we can throw enough money at these "problems" and they will miraculously go away.
