And they aren't PAYING them to do nothing. They're paid their market value, or they are free to seek more pay elsewhere. And as another poster already said...
You're the one who said that the reason the "job creators" don't do the work themselves is because then there wouldn't be jobs for others. That is not the reason. Like I said, they don't hire people just to be nice. The reason they don't do those jobs themselves is because they can't. They need the workers
So the **** what if he was paid for services rendered? Is that supposed to mean he's not deserving of decent respect? You righties seem to have no problem giving the "job creators" a whole lot of respect, more like worship really. Were they not also compensated for whatever it is they do? In many cases in the tens and sometimes hundreds of millions of dollars.
Next time you think workers are unimportant try shopping at the grocery store where they only hire "job creators" and not those pesky workers. They'll of course have to pay the salaries so be ready to pay about $1,500 for a half gallon of milk
You would have a point if "the masses" hadn't made themselves easily replaceable by supporting the overpopulation of the no/low-skilled, and promoting and supporting illegal immigration.
You can't look at the millions of people struggling out there and say that they all did it to themselves. Not everyone who's behind supports immigration and overpopulation.

Next time you pay someone to do any kind of service for you, double your payment. Start with paying restaurant bills in double - those waiters and waitresses barely making minimum wage.
If you can't do that, you are just a hypocrites who like to spend other people's money.

Why does Jessica Alba get millions for her role in a movie, when the cameraman doesn't get the same?
Why do the roadies get less then the lead singer of a pop band?
Maybe it's because without good actors and song writers and performers, there would not be a job for the roadie or cameraman?
Without roadies or a cameraman and the literal fleet employees necessitated you wouldn't see any good actors or performers. There is definitely merit in your point. And for what it's worth I have never really agreed that everyone should be paid exactly the same amount. But I do think that the disparity between pay grades could be lessened. If a company needs an employee they should pay him enough to live on. They don't need to give a roofer a swimming pool full of gold bullion but if you prefer your houses with a roof the guy that does it should be able to afford a decent home, car, diet etc. I think that everyone can agree that there can be too much of a good thing. It's not like I think all the combined wealth should be divvied up in exact amounts. But if the wealthiest few put as little as 5% back into the people that got them all that money that would be a sizable income boost for the working class.
