Yes. It's called "birth control".

Poverty breeding Poverty...

Stop making babies, that are brought up into low income homes, perpetuating the breeding, in an endless cycle.

Instead of food stamps, give them birth control shots to stop the process from continuing.

You can't expect teachers to educate children who aren't socialized.
Either fix this shortcoming within these chidren... or forget about everything else.
I understand and appreciate what you are saying. How might this be accomplished?

For those who argue for birth control...

What's your argument for people that don't want to pay money for people going around and having sex?

They don't think or realize they are enablers. They think they are doing good by supporting government dependence to live in America.

And the government relies on said people for votes.

The National School Lunch Act has been around since 1946. High schools, with facilities for hot lunches, were the first to incorporate it. Is it possible your family may not have been aware of it or too proud to apply, assuming they qualified fopr a reduced or free lunch.

As an aside, my sister's favorite lunch was the DIY ketsup sandwhich. Thank yolu for the memory.

Have you counted them? The estimate that seems most consistent is around 11 million. Do you have a link to a source that estimates 20 million?

And sterilize anyone receiving a jail or prison sentence of more than six months.

Time to clean out the bottom of society's barrel. Within a generation, the poverty problem would be either eliminated or greatly minimized.

If you want sweet talk, go see your mom. I'm here with workable solutions!
Yeah - the Nazis had this same ideology. You do realize that this is so unconstitutional it's ridiculous, right? You can't force people to use birth control and you can't sterilize them. Good grief.

Why not? You need one to get married, drive a car and many other less important things.
On a certain level I agree with you and acknowledge the Communist underpinnings. One has to receive training and pass test to drive and yet nothing is expected of the bio mother and father.

If a license were required , what becomes of a child conceived without a license? Compulsory abortion? Adoption?
