I know there are many radical right wingers who believe income inequality to be a good thing and the greater the inequality the better. If that is the case, then maybe they should move to CHile, Turkey or Mexico because those are the only three countries that have greater inequality than the U.S.

The large scale inequality of wealth is really a sad commentary on our current system and shows a real need for change. A good start would be to raise the inheritance tax to 90% for anything above 5 million so that everyone can start and compete on an even playing field.

Who in their right mind thinks those that have money will leave more than 5 mil in it to be pilfered? oh and btw quit stealing peoples money.
Income inequality is bad when the big government, that you love, crowns the winners and losers.

You know, the overall spirit of the decree issued by those famous founding fathers intended for no level of aristocracy to arise nor have its citizens become indentured servants.

Yes, I know..tax the hell out of the rich so they are not so rich anymore.
That does nothing to help the poor though.

And the rich will have to continue to be rich in order to pay the high taxes to support the poor.
You'll never get rid if the rich that way and neither will you better the poor.

Well then, you should be fuming mad at 0bama, since he has expanded poverty in the US to a fifty year high. Those 16 million new poor collecting Food Stamps were created these past four years. 0bama blew $5 trillion in new debt, and the only place that is growing is the rich Wall Street fat cats in the stock market.

All those trillions 0bama spent went to his corporate and political cronies, while the number of poor Americans only increased.

So the question to the dems is, do you really think the poor will benefit from a penny of those new taxes on the rich?

And yet, liberalisms loudest and biggest voices are among many in Hollywood. You know, the multi-millionaires who pretend or "sing" for a living. Don't preach to me until you get those folks to give most of their wealth away to those who aren't as well off. Them being liberal and so caring for those who have so little, I'm sure they'll gladly drop their over the top life styles for the liberal cause ...... Nah no they wont
