Pssh...an Italian swearing is like a republican not believing in science.
Or a democrat with a brain?
The guy was on the football field. I fault the TV network for not being prepared to bleep it. That kind of language makes a person look dumb...I would not recommend him as a role model. But he is not necessarily at fault for it being on tv.
In his defense, his team had just managed to win the Super Bowl. As VP Biden would say, that's a "big f-ing deal".
Plus, it would be the network on the hook for any FCC fines. Of course, thanks to the excellent electrical engineering in the chocolate city, his profanity slip occurred some 45 minutes later than it should have so sensitive young ears were probably already in bed.
How pathetic you had to make it political.
I was doing something else at the time but I heard him say it & I was like "Did he just say what I thought he said?" & then I laughed.
I heard it just as you did and I wondered how long before someone on TV made it political. I have heard it a number of times on TV and still nobody has mentioned his choice of words.
An Italian from New Jersey says the F Word on live TV and the media trys to make a story of it
Who was this guy, frickin' Paulie Walnuts or something. The stugots on these clowns...
Oh, it's just Joe Flacco. What-evah....
