Honestly, I used to support limiting what they can buy with food stamps but at the end of the day, if they are unhealthy or run out of food to eat b/c they splurged, that's their problem. What I find sad is when their spending on luxuries hurts their kids. That's why I think WIC is a much better program than food stamps.

That's average..the sum of all the money divided by all the people.
But that doesn't mean EACH ONE is getting that amount.

Then again the USDA does not release any statistics on food stamps so we're left to speculate, postulate and assume.
Anecdotally, it seems in FL that people are getting about $50/wk per person, no matter the family size.

If they are getting 50 per person, how is it that family size does not matter?

Considering all of the hormones and additives that are in the meat and fish, it might be a luxury to eat actual healthy food

That's why I think a lot more people need to lose their kids, and like yesterday.

Thanks! Right wingers focus on a lot of pointless issues (gays, evolution, abortion, how lazy the poor are) only for that reason - to keep the focus off the real corruption, and the real thieves in this country - corporations and the wealthy that hide behind them.

Sadly, because it apparently works with people who seem to be more concerned about what is going on gaymen's bedroom who don't believe in evolution, but support a woman's right to have an abortion because the rw nutjobs won't let them adopt a child because they feel that the lazy and poor should not have children in the first place.
