I don't have a problem with these people being on Food Stamps.

I have a problem with the abusers and those that continue to ride the train.

But they should have planned better for their retirement and made sure they put enough aside to live off.
Those people people would mostly likely be claiming Social Security and Medicare too. More welfare.

We all have a probelm with the abusers, but there are certain aspects of the population that label everyone on assistance as an abuser and that is not right.

Many people that are close to retirment age were lead to belive that all of their hard work over the years and paying into SS would be enough for them to retire on.

You really can't blame them for thinking that SS would support them in their latter years if they were never taught about investing or finances. So tell me if your father, grandfather and great grandfather knew nothing but how to work hard with their hands, how much about investing would you know?

The key is education, I think if how to save and invest were taught in our school system years ago there would not be as many people in the situation that they are in now.

No..SS was NEVER portrayed as the primary and only source of retirement income.
It was always SUPPLEMENTAL.

To people that know better, I still hear people talking about waiting to retire on SS.

I mean really you libbies really need to get out into the real world. Really you do but why would you guys care? I mean to be liberal you either have to be on welfare or make over 250k. A year.
Oh goody! And here I thought nobody was going to spew the beloved "c" word today! I tell ya, my day just isn't complete until I hear a psycho tell me how they are arming themselves to fight off the Communists, or how if we disagree with the right wing lunatic fringe,we're all a bunch of Commies.

But being the benevolent creature I am, I've decided to help you schizoids out by offering some suggestions.

1. When you dudes feel that all too familiar feeling that Commies are surrounding you, don't be embarrassed to ask for help. Dial 911 and report it. Say something dandy, such as, "I do believe I'm surrounded by Communists," then provide your address, go sit down, and wait. Relief is sure to come.

2. If relief doesn't arrive almost immediately, go to your kitchen, locate the tin foil, fashion it into a hat (a tri-cornered one, if you're fairly talented), place it atop your head, and believe you me, it will protect you against those evil Commies. Share this idea with your closest friends and family. Don't be selfish and keep this wonderful talisman to yourself.

3. If both of the above fail, and you still have that awful, I'm-surrounded-by-Commies feeling, try this magical weapon: go to your fridge and get 6 empty bottles of beer. Empty them first by drinking its contents for energy - beer has lots of B vitamins! Once that's done, open your front door and fling those beer bottles outside as quickly as you can. Speed is the trick here. Guaranteed this will ward off your Commies (as well as anyone else in the neighborhood).

Some registers will let you pull the TANF cash at the register so it's the only difference is that it's two seperate transactions.

Unicorns also fly out of the cashier's rear and escort the welfare recipient to their Jaguar.
I once saw someone buy a cart full of unicorn steaks with food stamps. Those things are expensive! They were wearing an Obama jacket and drove off in a Porsche.
True story!

Then why were you concerning yourself with what paying customers were doing instead of actually doing your job?

No job no problem you can live life better on welfare.
I eat really well and I'm not on food stamps. Maybe you need to learn how to shop (and/or cook) or maybe think about getting a better job.
