It's an obsession. The day after he took a sip of water during his State Of Union GOP response, the liberal media has saturated their programs with over 200 clips of the incident. This is complete insanity. And for what?
Throughout the broadcast day, between 5 a.m. and 11 p.m. EST, MSNBC showed a replay of Rubio’s swig approximately 155 times — 101 of which came during “The Rachel Maddow Show,” which played the moment on loop at the bottom of the screen for more than 13 minutes.
…
MSNBC’s competitors replayed the video far less frequently. Taking second place with curious interest was CNN, which gave its viewers 34 plays of the incident from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST on Wednesday. Twenty of those came during Wolf Blitzer’s three-hour long “The Situation Room.”

Yet when Biden screws up, just abou every time he opens his mouth, the LSM is silent.
The LSM acts like no speaker in history has EVER taken drink of water. I guess they don't know that water is put out for he speaker probably 100% of the time.
That's probably because it was the highlight of his speech. The so-called "rebuttal" was a attack on a strawman, and did little to even address most of what Obama said in his speech. So, instead, we talk about him awkwardly staring into the camera as he leaned way over to grab a bottle of water.

Marco Rubio Water Bottles: Marco Rubio's trying to make the best of his ill-timed gulp of Poland Spring during his State of the Union response. His political action committee, Reclaim America, is now selling refillable bottles for $25 a pop. "Send the liberal detractors a message that not only does Marco Rubio inspire you…he hydrates you too," reads the ad copy!

It wasn't a debate. It was the Republican response, not rebuttal, to the SOTU speech. Liberals complain all the time that Republicans have no ideas and all they do is obstruct Obama. Now here they present their own case, and you're complaining because it wasn't purely related to Obama's ideas and wasn't an obstruction of Obama. Good job.

The speech had been crafted before the State of the Union.
He had already recorded the rebuttal in Spanish before he did so in English.
