If he avoided all parties, he could get elected by popular vote.

Not to say he'd ever get sworn in, though.

True. I do wonder what party he would go with if any? He isn't as rich as Perot was but I think he could make a good showing running as an independent.

Done. The judge is the best part of any news cast. If Romney had won the election I would have like Judge Napolitano as AG. Or a replacement for John Roberts, or any Judge on SCOTUS.

If he were Mitt's AG, he would have to arrest Mitt.
