Does anyone really think this will hold up in court?
Is there a sheriff that wants to put their a$$ on the line and arrest a Fed agent?I could understand it from the twit in AZ but WY... If it's all the same, I'm not holding my breath. I seriously don't think the right is going to bring down the gov in WY.
Good! Sheriff is the highest authority in his/her county not some federal thug.
That worked out well for Birmingham, Alabama and Bull Conner, didn't it?
Hmm.... lemme think.... As I recall, Conner lost his job forever, and the city did away with his position. So did the mayor.
It upset Bull so bad he had a stroke 2 years later and spent the rest of his life in a wheelchair drooling Red Man out of one side of his mouth.
I know Montana. The good citizens there aren't like those in Alabama. They don't have to learn things the hard way.
Gonna be a lot of Montana sheriff's getting arrested for obstruction of justice.
really? good luck with that. feds show up with 2-4 agents and the sheriffs show up with 20-30 deputies.
if you look at the commerce clause, and the commerce clause does overrule federal law, as federal law is not part of the Constitution.
I would have edited the entire thread to look like this...
