We already know social engineering has been a SPECTACULAR failure in both our public schools and the supposed "war on poverty."
We already have Genetic modified food with certain crops but and Meat, Dairy and poultry are next so it is going to be a huge part of the 21st Century to feed a few Billion more people in the near future.

Yes here in the US among slave owners to a certain degree. Even though it's a sensitive, un pc subject.
Probably done by slave owners,farmers, ranchers who viewed slaves as less than human and more as livestock/property.
Cattle/horses/sheep and other animals are bred for size,endurance and strength, so it was probablky these traits that were looked for in slaves also.
It was also believed that the introduction of "White" blood would increase their intelligence level, this was probably just an excuse for raping the females as it was through this way that most of the miscenegation happened.

How do we know it was rape? Is it so hard to imagine that some female slaves were attracted to powerful rich slave owners?

People I find undesirable and not needed in society. You can figure it out I am sure.Asians we need around they are smarter on average than Whites. Whites we need around as they are great nation builders. Muslims make good fighters...willing to blow themselves up for their cause..I am sure I can add a few more to the list.
