It's just a statement that the federal govt isn't compelled by the Constitution to allow concealed carry. So it's Constitutional to make laws against it if desired.

If you don't find it "necessary" to obey gun laws, whether you feel they're right or not, why should we suppose you feel compelled to obey any others?

I said I don't follow laws I deem stupid or unlawful,that is one of them. I think pedophiles,rapists etc should be executed.

And you have no authority to determine the meaning of said law. You can't arbitrarily decide "Oh I think this amendment means this, therefore anyone who says otherwise is wrong and I won't accept their authority."
