Are you saying that the CBS Evening news should carry every homeowner shooting? Isn't that what local evening news is for...Homeowner shootings, fires, and local meth lab drug busts?
Please don't clog my Evening news with..a list of good shootings for the day.
And the same goes for you. We don't need to hear everytime some depressed kids kills a couple of his classmates.

Why yes, they should cover it.
It would be covered if it involved one of those scary "black rifles" and the intruder won and not the home owner.
I'm assuming this is posted because of the ongoing gun debates but I'm curious what this actually has to do with the debate. Did he shoot him 52 times with an AR-15? If the guy mentally handicapped and wouldn't have had a gun otherwise? Was it purchased at a gun show because he couldn't get it normally due to failing a background check?
The debate is that guns do have a "good quality." Not the evil that continues to be preached by the left.

Really, how are you 100% sure? That is a bold statement.
52-year-old Carl Perry, a neighbor, said he heard two or three shots, according to the Hickory Record. “I think it’s a bad deal went wrong,” he remarked.

Nope! Only that they should receive equal billing with "bad" shoots. But never fear. It won't happen. The so-called "news" isn't interested in balance (clearly you and your ilk aren't either), just social(ist) engineering and feel good BS.
Armed robbery is a dangerous career. A fella could get killed.
Let's hope. That's called total "rehabilitation." He'll never reoffend!
