I keep hearing people say that America has become a fascist state. People still criticize the government, people can still call Obama and his family racist slurs, and people still protest. Not too bad for a dicatorship. I always thought it would be much worse.
Obama has illegally and unconstitutionally altered immigration law to pander for votes, made it possible to detain or even kill U.S. citizens without due process or a trial, and he's violated the war powers act. I'd call that a dictator. Wouldn't you agree?

That's an interesting attempt to deflect the facts albeit rather weak. A president does not act like this. A dictator does. Here's the way Obama sees the problem with his situation:
