We sure do, I spoke to a white person in my building and they never responded so I had to turn on the ignorant button and slam the door in his face

How did you know this? I'm not saying it couldn't be true. There are many times, as a Black man, where I have felt a particular person has not wanted to talk to me simple because of my skin color. However, there are many times where it cannot be confirmed. I have to have someone else to judge it against. I have to know how that person interacts with other people.

I don't think that is enough evidence. How did this person react with other people vs you?

I have been saying this for a long time. The subject of race is not just a social issue or a political issue. It is an economic issue as well. It is a power and control issue as well. Yes, the subject of race is social and political, but to have a better understanding of the issue, it is important to look at the historical context of it. When you do that, it can be understood from an economic understanding as well. Alot of issues boil down to the love of money. Slavery was an economic issue. Jim Crow was more than just a race issue. It was a race issue, but it was also an economic issue as well. You look at alot of race issues in this nation, economics plays a large part. Why do I keep mentioning this? It is to get people thinking about these things.
