I imagine so. After all, during a filibuster one is not required to 'keep to a subject'. I believe Senator Paul read out recipes and such during his time.

Edited to add: I was just reading that during his filibuster Senator Paul did stay mainly focused on the drones. I assume he repeated himself once or twice, but pretty impressive if he did not simply ramble.
