Since January 20th, 2009, Republicans have been screaming about the need for entitlement reform. Its been the biggest talking point above anything else, yet when it comes to actions, they haven't stepped up to the plate. Consider this, in 2011, the tea party refused to raise the debt ceiling unless they got major consessions from democrats on spending cuts. Now, in this situation, you are holding the full faith and credit on the line, and what do you get, the defense budget getting taken to the woodshed, and non-discresionary spending getting cut. You get half out of the defense budget, which you guys love, and social spending which is what we want. 2012 election, Mitt romney and every other republican crushed obama on the 716 billion he takes out of medicare payments (not benefits). He tells his voters that Obama is taking their medicare to pay for obama care. Than in the 2013 budget plan, Paul Ryan keeps those 716 billion dollars in cuts that he crushed Obama on. Obama offers Chain CPI for Social Security and means testing for Medicare, in a sequestration deal for tax revenues and Republicans still balk at doing a deal with Obama. Another thing, why does Paul Ryans Medicare plan start 10 years later? Its because if he starts it now, Him and his republican older constituents will be sending pitchforks to thier offices. Republicans are wimps when it comes to entitlement reform, plain and simple.
not really, democrats don't pretend to want to fix entitlements, its republicans who cry everyday about entitlement reform. what I'm saying is, given how much they whine about it, they never walk the walk.

Democrats cry about military spending and overseas military adventures. Yet, they spend more on the military and are much more likely to get in war than Republicans.
They act like Rs. Never walking the walk.
