A 45 yr old male from Chino Hills staggered drunkenly around a Riverside apt complex, looking for his wayward wife, witha handgun in each hand. He burst into one apt, and shot one elderly man in the leg, then shot a blind man to death from the balcony.
Mr "Shall not be infringed" then drove off, crashed a mile away, and shot at good Samaritans who had stopped to help, before surrendering to police:

How sad for people to be minding their own business to have their life ruined and ended by a wicked, evil man.
I'm not sure what can be done about it. The guns used aren't the ones being discussed to be banned.
On another note, this is the 2nd day in a row where some middle aged White guy has gone on some random spree. I wonder if this will be a continuing trend.

People are murdered every day by all sorts of people for all sorts of things. You can pick what ever articles you want out of the media to show some alarming trend. In reality though murder is at a 30 years low but that doesn't help the OP out.
