Take note Americans. Carney, one of Obamas mouth pieces, refused to even comment. Any other Administration that actually admires our founding, constitution, and private property rights would have condemned the move, not pass off the question to someone else like this pathetic Admin.

The lapdog media doesn't care. They seem to be only concerned with pushing gay marriage it's like an obsession with these people.

It doesn't surprise some people while others are saying to themselves.."The US would never do that."

Cyprus put a freeze on the accounts and will tax the money that people have in their accounts. They are not going in with a ski mask.

Government is already seizing money in the US. They are just using different techniques. The Obama administration got the blessing of the people on the left to raise taxes which is the same thing as confiscation of your money. This method does not require wearing a ski mask either, it just requires a few promises and people who believe.

6.75% on all deposits up to 100,000 EU
9.9 % on all deposits > 100,000 EU

The Brits also maintain tens of thousands bank accounts in Cypress.

The tax was halted as ATMs were emptied. Banks are now closed till Thursday.

According to the new EU-forced government bailout conditions for Cyprus, bank depositors will be required to hand over up to 10% of their savings in order to get the bailout.

Now there is punishment for responsible citizens. And Obama says that our debt is not a problem. Nothing is safe when government survival is at risk. Anything you own may be subject to confiscation. And we keep spending and spending and spending. Obama, hold up on those green energy programs. We don't want this to happen to Americans.

As we go deeper and deeper in debt and our government likes bailouts....
