Has anyone ever heard of mail-order brides ? Institutional marriage hasnt had sanctity for a very long time.

I could marry a stranger tomorrow for the heck of it. What institution are people trying to defend exactly? Getting married is one of the easiest things to do in the world. Getting a mortgage is more challenging.

There are religious exemptions if one can prove that it goes against a religious belief so stop reaching. Gays were treated horribly in Nazi Germany, so you should have more "Rachmonis". As a Jew, I was raised to have that empathy, why not you? It's fine if you do exempt yourself from doing business based on your religious beliefs, but you are not excused from lacking humanity and empathy and speaking so coldly about a group of people that are being discriminated against.
