First thought..who the hell goes to the grocery store to use a bathroom? It HAS to be a setup for a lawsuit or a pervert. I've lived 50+ years without using a grocery store bathroom much less using one REGULARLY FOR DAYS AT A TIME. How much grocery shopping is s/he doing anyway?

I dunno about this person, but it seems I always have to go when I am grocery shopping. It's been like this longer than I can remember (my mom tells me I "had to go" and had an accident in ACME when I was 3). Thank goodness they have public restrooms now! I have friends who always have to go at B&N.
When I go to outdoor festivals they have those blue plastic buildings...men and women use them just fine. If the door is locked, some one is inside. How many freaking RR does a supermarket need?

What is the difference between this and multiple locking stalls in one room?
