Who is prosecuting them and putting them into prison?

Casper the ghost? You and others are living in the past and have no real clue as too the real facts. You don't know how police officers think and feel of THIS day and age. They could give a rats a$$ about your supposed "Thin Blue Line," "Code of Silence," etc. IT DOES NOT EXIST. 30+ years ago, you had a strong point and argument. In this day and age, no one cares.

NO ONE is going to lose their job, income, and more importantly, their pension, covering up for someone else who is out of control. Quite the opposite. The newer generations of this country don't care about YOU, ME, or anyone else; its what is in it for them. They will "rat" on anyone, anytime, any place, anywhere; so long as it doesn't effect their pay checks.

You see police officers going to jail, because YOU are being listened too and policing within is working. You DO NOT hear about all the officers forced out of work, et al, before it reaches criminal prosecution. You do not know what goes on behind the scenes, in order to make things better. Police work has changed so much in the past 30 years, you would be shocked to see it all.

Of course, this shall all backfire on you. However, that is a place for another thread and will not be in my life time.
Sorry but your rant is not supported by the preponderance of the evidence. You have had your credibility shredded in a dozen or more threads on this forum as you constantly try to say there is no culture of police cover up for crimes against the public.
Furthermore the cover ups are only a fraction of the overall problem. The crux of the problem is that we currently hire the majority of law enforcement from the ranks of ex-military personnel with serious anti-social tendencies.

Psychopathy is rampant in professions such as military and law enforcement as it provides people with these tendencies the perfect format to realize their main objective in life which is power and control over other people. Your constant argument about salary is a straw man because psychopaths are not motivated by money, they are motivated by power. Law enforcement routinely treats the public with distain and disrespect with the intention of creating a situation where they can take it to the next level and physically attack and subdue them. That is their real motivation for being in the profession to begin with.

We will not have a society where the public is not victimized by law enforcement until the public understands the base problem, which is the need to screen psychopathic personalities out of law enforcement. This will happen over time, but education is a slow process. The good thing is that the internet is now bringing the truth to the public every day and making it something that is undeniable.
Although some dinosaurs like you will continue to defend the status quo.

No one forces anyone to become a cop, the risks are understood in advance and believe it or not, police officer isn't even one of the top ten most dangerous jobs.

More pizza delivery drivers are killed on the job that cops.

What's more, it isn't even the incident with the gun that be inexcusable.

It will be the special treatment he is sure to receive because he's a cop.

Either he'll just get fired without any charges being filed or the local prosecutor will let him plea to a misdemeanor with no jail time.

Let's see you or me pull a gun on someone and all that happens to us is we lose our job.
Exactly, if a civilian pulled a gun on a cop in a McDonalds and if they weren't executed right on the spot the full weight of the hammer of justice would come down on them with multiple felony charges and enhanced sentencing due to the involvement of the police officer.

We all know that the cop that pulled a gun on a civilian in a McDonald's is not likely to even be brought to trial and convicted. However, if he is everyone knows that he will only get a single misdemeanor charge and no jail time, he will get to keep his pension and health benefits to boot.

LEO is the nation's largest organized criminal gang.

Our Conditions as Workers

"In 2003 more delivery drivers were murdered on the job than any other occupation in America. Almost twice as many drivers were killed delivering pizzas than cops were slain in the line of duty. Over the last ten years, delivering has consistently rated as the fifth most dangerous job in the country."
An yet unlike the big tough roid raging cops, very few pizza delivery drivers have felt it necessary to shoot the dogs that bark at them on a daily basis.

Just looking at a photo of this cops face- if I were in charge of hiring I would see in an instance that this man was mean and nuts and slightly stupid, plus over weight and ate to much fast food. I would say "not fit to serve"... Seriously the guy looks more like he should be a hit man for the mafia. It's a disgrace when his seniors act as official apologists for the creep...saying it was a shame that poor stressed out officers "snap"...He is not stressed out. The lunatic is simply a bad ass.

If he as done this at a drive through to a little white guy - imagine what he would do on duty if the person were poor and black and of no consequence in what surely would be his racist mind. This cop is a murder waiting to happen...if not all ready happened.

It seems like we are seeing more and more of these psychopaths abusing the public and the trust placed in them. We need much more stringent screening of not only new recruits, but officers already on our police forces.
Hey hey, guess what? Another Southern cop (in Georgia this time) behaving badly! You can't make this crap up. To add insult to injury, the cop got a paid vacation while the case is ongoing

Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot cops, especially cops from RWNJ land, have a right to point their gun at anybody they want and are supposed to get preferential treatment

This is simply more proof that the people in the US are no longer citizens; they are peasants, with different legal standing.
Had these ladies been citizens, the officers would have had to stand trial for attempted murder, or at least assault with a deadly weapon. It would have been a criminal offense.

Because the people of the US no longer have true citizen status, and the Constitution is no longer in force, the matter is handled as a civil case instead of a criminal one.

It is no different than during slavery, if a white person injured or killed a slave, it was not a crime, as the slave was not a citizen and only 3/5ths of a person. It was simply a civil matter where you would need to reimburse the slave owner for their monetary loss.
Today, it is the people of the US who are not citizens and do not carry the rights of a person.

The police understand this, and know you have no rights.
