As we sometimes hear people say down here where I live, "puro blah blah blah."

Hard to believe today, but there was a time when people resisted the kings men.
Now they are looked upon as saviors

I have refused to give consent to search before and that is my and yours constitutional right.

Cops need either consent or a warrant in order to conduct a search.
The police DO NOT need a warrant or consent to conduct a search in every case. you don't know what you are talking about. look up "continuous event (hot pursuit)" and "emergency exception" to the fourth amendment. and try "search incidental to lawful arrest." these are all examples of when the police don't need consent/warrant.now go back and get your law enforcement expertise from watching re-runs of Law and Order or other some other ridiculous tv show.

That is true - but I did not mention those cases because they do not apply to the hypothetical situation under discussion.

How funny. I remember my grandparents telling me that addressing people by "sir" or "ma'am" is a sign of respect for the people who raised me. They didn't want people thinking that'd sent me out in the world all rude and full of myself walking around with a puffed up chest demanding people show me respect.

No. That isn't what fascism is. It is a political philosophy that stands for "centralized, autocratic, and often militaristic government," which defines the Democrat Party (and Progressives) perfectly.
