Kudos to the NY Times for exposing the waste this program has generated due to Obama needlessly expanding the program.

Quote:
Ever since the Clinton administration agreed in 1999 to make $50,000 payments to thousands of black farmers, the Hispanics and women had been clamoring in courtrooms and in Congress for the same deal. They argued, as the African-Americans had, that biased federal loan officers had systematically thwarted their attempts to borrow money to farm.

But a succession of courts — and finally the Supreme Court — had rebuffed their pleas. Instead of an army of potential claimants, the government faced just 91 plaintiffs. Those cases, the government lawyers figured, could be dispatched at limited cost.

They were wrong.

On the heels of the Supreme Court’s ruling, interviews and records show, the Obama administration’s political appointees at the Justice and Agriculture Departments engineered a stunning turnabout: they committed $1.33 billion to compensate not just the 91 plaintiffs but thousands of Hispanic and female farmers who had never claimed bias in court.
So basically Obama ignored a SCOTUS ruling and open the flood gates not simply to Black farmers who could prove legitimate discrimination but Blacks that couldn't and then expanded it to Hispanics, Native Americans and women with even flimsier claims.

This can happen only when the feds believe that the supply of taxpayer money, paper and ink are in infinite supply.

Obama was never any good at math and is alien to the concept of equitable distribution. He does what he does to gain votes and forward his socialist political agenda.

As for by-passing the SCOTUS, Obama uses the legal system to tie it up in knots while he does what he does unimpeded. Stunning how law enforcement is so toothless when directed at Obama and his henchmen. Toss into the mix the uninspired demonstration of the republican legislators during Hillary's questioning re Bengazi. With an incompetent interrogation like that and a hijacked Dem party, we stand little chance of justice.

The only way to stop obama is for the media to awaken from its drugged stupor and shine a bright light on the scandal that is Obama.

No media watchdogs to herald questionable behavior, no justice.
