What difference does it make?

Carney: Benghazi Happened A Long Time Ago - YouTube

Something to keep in mind if you murder someone and can remain low for about a year.

Also, Bush is ancient history relatively speaking.

It was amazing to see Baghdad Bob comment on how long ago Benghazi was.

Amazing. I doubt justice will ever be served for this heinous act. The Obama administration has brought a lawless state to the White House, simply importing "Illinois politics as usual" to Washington DC. The rule of law is apparently only for conservatives and "little people".

This is the problem with modern liberalism. Many of its tenents support despotism and tyranny, all with the "knowledge" that the means justify the ends in achieving their political goals.

In the past, when the "means" were illegal, criminal prosecution happened, as it did in Watergate. Today, with intimidation and effective cover ups, these gangsters ride roughshod over the nation, seemingly immune from prosecution and the laws that pertain to the rest of Americans.

It's because neo-proggies believe that societies like USSR, GDR, Central Europe, etc. have served as trial runs to "refine" socialism and make it more palatable. It's a neverending quest for neo-proggies to discover the secret sauce that makes socialism "work" and it's generally believed that the inherent wealth and infrastructure of the US is a great laboratory from which to experiment with it once again. The quest for perfect socialism is akin to cold fusion, with the same success rate.

Banning guns in Libya doesn't seem to accomplish any sort of goal for neo-proggies.

Nothing will come of the Benghazi fiasco because the left wing media will protect Obama as they always have. And the people like being ignorant.

They didn't care since it was so long ago they've forgotten.
One has to wonder who's writing the talking points for these bumbling fools and why they still have a job.
First Hillary and now Carney?

I agree. I like the "secret sauce" notion. It does seem that libs, despite failures of socialism everywhere else it has been implemented, simply believe that such a system will work in the US. It is amazing. Most of us can learn from history, but apparently a liberal cannot.

I doubt that anything will be done over Benghazi, which is amazing, as it a bigger scandal than Watergate by far. The simple fact that liberals are very willing and eager to dismiss this scandal shows quite clearly that they do not believe that the laws of the nation apply to everyone. Given this "enlightened status" that some are granted through the prism of liberalism, it reveals the true core beliefs of its practice- tyranny. The average lib really believes that we would be better off in a monarchy or benign dictatorship, in which "enlightened liberals" ruled over 'peasants" and dictated laws and policy. Such notions pervade most liberal thought, although not overtly expressed. Quite clearly, liberalism is an enemy of liberty, as it defies the concept of equality under the law.
