Lousy parenting. It's not the daycare providers and schools. It's parenting.
I thought liberals were willing to sacrifice the economy for the sake of "the children"?

If you ruin the economy, how do you feed children?

Capitalism rewards success above all. Socialism rewards greed - give me my "stuff", and I don't care who you have to tax to get the money to pay for it.

Not sure. But with ObamaCare on the horizon, about to ruin our economy, we're about to find out.

What makes you think today's teens are any different from their parents, the creators of the "Me generation"?

And pleas explain where capitalism has anything to do with it.
It doesn't.

The only jobs left will be service jobs that do not produce sellable goods but more comfortable, healthier and independent humans unchained form having to spend most of their lives producing things for others. The only example of such a system is the society and economy occupied by our own Leisure Class that lives off the money created by others. What would a society where most of the population did not have to work but could effectively live on a very generous dole with enough money to purchase the services of the few that either liked the work or wanted more then they receive by doing nothing?
We're pretty close to that now...with 47 million on welfare and food stamps and half the population paying no FIT.

Correct! And socialism steals from thrifty workers to support greedy leeches.

Socialism steals from thrifty workers to pay for the greedy leaches that own the Military to steal resources from other people to make the plutocrats ever wealthier. Sometimes (Iraq) they are other countries plutocrats (Britian). Crony Capitalism even steals from the Plutocrats as well as everyone else.

Like I said the kids have figured out the system and are taking it for all they can. Just like you.

Which Capitalism, and rewards for who

If it's the Ass, I mean Alexander Hamilton kind, I want nothing to do with it:

He loved corporate welfare, protectionist tariffs, central banking,
AND public debt
