Sure there is and IF you work,you have benefitted from members sacrificing for YOUR working conditions too...otherwise you would be flipping burgers 16 hours a day for 10 cents an hour instead of the minimum wage you are getting now and working a 40 hour week..you McD's employees have it better by default because of the labor laws the unions lobbied for.
