Before the economy crashed in Fall 2008, gas was averaging $4.12 nationwide.
They only choose to remember when it was $1.60 for a short time. They forgot about the gas being over $4.00 a gallon.

It was down to $ 3.39 a few weeks ago now its up to $3.55 here. I'm guessing a gouge for Memorial Day.
