Not just execs. Policies with value of over 25k a year. In my area(long Island) the only people getting this extravagant insurance are cops and teachers.
And these companies will simply increase the compensation of the execs to defray the cost of the increase.

Why dont you start a business and compete with him, splitting your profits up among the employees? Wouldnt that be far more efective then crying about it?

Other benefits should be treated the exact same way. At the company that I work at, I am considered an "HCE" (Highly Compensated Employee) because I am in the top 5% of earners and thus not permitted to contribute more than $7500 to my 401K this year. This is discriminatory. I should be allowed to contribute 15% just like everyone else.
Well BUU, your only recourse is to push communism and government ownership of business.
That will get rid of those "corrupt, greedy execs" and life will be good for all..right ?
