I agree that your twenties have for the most part become an extension of adolescence. The reason for this is people are waiting longer to get married, start families, and even start careers. A 27 year old is pretty much where a 21 year old was 30 years ago. Much of this started with the commoditization of college.
In Southern California there are grown men in their mid 20s driving around with video cameras doing stupid pranks to send in to tv or the internet shows. There was one group of men ranging from 21 - 27 years old, it included one kid who was half Irish half Sicilian,(he said he was born in Brooklyn NY,he is 6 ft 2 tall lean muscular and good looking with tan skin slicked back brown hair and grey eyes, I was surprised he was such a loser), a tall skinny ginger who was 6'5 and 150lbs, a fat white kid, a skinny black kid with glasses and an afro, a 6 foot skinny mexican with curly hair, and some average looking/height/built white guy with short brown hair brown eyes and a lot of tattoos. Several have kids, sadly. A diverse group of imbeciles, They drive around in a scion custom built with a train horn and beep at people scaring them, they were even locked up for it once.
The videos show them doing childish pranks such as one dressing up like an old man and pretending fall, another showing a white kid dressed up like a fat black man and asking people for money, and another shows them going around pretending to sell drugs. This is only one, I can list thousands of videos showing 20 and early 30 somethings doing things one would except from a child. Its amazing how many views and likes they get, the cameras show the group of grown children laughing like morons after they scare people with a horn, they all go "AH HAHAHAHA HAHAHA, hehehehehe hahahaha" it's amazing.
Videos like that make a lot of money. Some of the most popular Youtube videos have extremely dumb content

This is an awfully long-winded way of saying, "I don't find that funny."
Me? I never understood the appeal of Robin Williams, 95% of the Monty Python skits I ever saw (but I loved Cleese in Fawlty Towers) or Woody Allen movies, but each of them put many in stitches.

Absolutely nothing wrong with any of that.
This 25 year old plans on partying hard until I am well into my 30s.
I take that back, my 40s. No wait, my 50s. Ah hell, I'll probably be in hospice rotating between 80s rock and Lady Gaga with a huge bottle of vodka to mix drinks with and share with guests. It will totally be a party.
