Where do you get these crazy theories of yours?
Notice the operative words in bold:

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
It's clear the First Amendment is a limitation of government power and it is also clear that, once again, pghquest has proven he doesn't know what he's talking about.

Um, by Congress not making laws limiting free speech, then affects everyone, not just government. Like I said, where the hell did you get your crazy theories from?
For example, you could stand outside a restaurant with a sign saying their food sucks, as long as your not on the property grounds of the restaurant.
Government doesnt have a dam thing to do with it..
The website you want to post on, doesnt belong to you..
