fact is 99.9% of the cops out there are good people dealing with the scum of the earth

I suppose another West Point grad and former US Army Ranger Antonio Buehler of Peaceful Streets Project is also one of those "scum of the earth" citizens that you so kindly refer to, huh?

The same West Point grad and former US Army Ranger Antonio Buehler who yelled over at cops who were unlawfully using excessive force on a tiny drunk gal who wasn't resisting in the least, so they arrested him for doing what a MAN would do, which is stand up in defense (even if only verbally) of a defenseless woman.

Those who worship at the alter of these criminal thugs with badges, make me sick. What a twisted and pathetic country this has become because of mindless idiots.

If someone asks you to leave their property then leave. Ya don't end up dead that way. The basic right of association ole dead boy violated. He paid the price.

In real liberty property owners are free to choose who is on their property.

He was walking out, walked passed uniformed officers, then only after being pointed out by management did the incompetent cops murder him.

Again, are you suggesting that if I don't leave a public business at the request of the management, that law enforcement has the right to MURDER me? Due process ring a bell?

Due to your attitude, along with other LEOs just like you, as far as I'm concerned "Turn-About is Fair Play Day" should be a national holiday. But to be fair to law enforcement officers I think there should be an eight cop limit per citizen on that day, then you have to wait until next year's season.

Screw the criminals known as police.

It was cold blooded MURDER that these cops committed upon Mr Scott.

Heck, maybe they just MURDER all lawful concealed carry holders in that area. I sure as hell wouldn't put it past those cops to think something like that.

Some information not coming from the "victim's" daddy:

Quote:

Another witness was standing near the entrance when he heard the officers
yell, "Get down on the ground. Get down now." He turned to see why police were
yelling and saw Scott reaching for what appeared to be a pistol in his
waistband. "He was definitely reaching for the gun."
Pulling a gun on a cop ain't real bright. They don't make West Point graduates like they used to.

The numbnuts should have kept his concealed weapon concealed. It is a concealed weapons permit not a point a gun at police officers permit. I wish to thank the men in blue who perform a difficult task everyday. Thanks, officers!!

Well, sure. Witnesses never get anything wrong and further, that was speculation, not fact. That speculation would never hold up in court.

We only have the dad's side of the story. We can't get the other side because, amazingly, that part of the video was erased. (Costco's surveillance video.)

In Las Vegas, NV, a person is not allowed to carry in many places, (airports, etc), as well as:

Quote:
any buildings with metal detectors or signs prohibiting firearms at each public entrance, or places where carrying concealed firearms is prohibited by federal or state law
source: Carrying Concealed Weapons/Firearms in Nevada; laws & penalties

So, the question is, did Costco have a sign at the entrance that said firearms were prohibited?

Even if they did not the employer should be able to evict the customer if he so chooses. Gun rights should not trump property rights.

I would say that witnesses testifying that numbnuts reached for his gun definitely creates a rational basis to find the cops not guilty of any wrong doing.

Can't believe people are justifying the murder being highlighted.

It is amazing that no one is really tracking these 17,000+ agencies.
Reporting Project - FAQs | PoliceMisconduct.net

http://www.policemisconduct.net/stat...annual-report/

quote:
While the rate of police officers officially charged with murder is only 1.06% higher than the current general population murder rate, if excessive force complaints involving fatalities were prosecuted as murder the murder rate for law enforcement officers would exceed the general population murder rate by 472%.

That is the state of police in our country and has been for a long time. Before youtube, social media etc...this went on and nobody would dispute what the police said about a illegal killing. Now, even with massive number of cameras, the police still kill innocent people and will fall back on the excuse "that is how we are trained".

In this incident, the father should just go to the UN and demand justice before the world court.
