This is unbelievably cruel, what is wrong with cops these days?
The kid was on the phone to his mom, cop decides to pat him down, finds this tube, rips it out saying it's for steroids!

You won't get any responses here for this. Not partisan enough.

Yes, you're right kidd. This is indefensible by anybody's standards. The problem is that these guys are protected as a group, so the only option we have is to sue the group, thus the taxpayers get punished. The only real remedy is to be able to go after them as individuals. Until that happens, they have all the advantage.

when cops abuse their powers, they need to be severely punished. if the story is true, then this cop needs to be fired and possibly jailed.

If it's true, it's outrageous and unacceptable. That cop should be fired and prosecuted for assault.

Improper training combined with a mean bullying streak result in this kind of cop. He needs to be retrained (good doggie) or dismissed from the force and given another job like driving an ammo truck in the Great Sandbox.

I'm sure he'll get a nice paid vacation.

I think part of the reason this mess is happening so often is because we've let them run with the idea that they're in "the Force" and not "the SERVICE". These people are servants to us, not the other way around. I agree with you though, this dog doesn't deserve a job.

When another unbiased source verifies the story, I might believe it.
