There are plenty of moderates in the Dem party.
That's why it's like herding cats to come to a consensus.
We don't need patriarchs to tell us how to vote or what our issues are.

They should be purging the social conservatives.

This link might help you bolster your accusation, but I doubt it.

You do know the Koch Bros. spent enormous amounts of money to try to but the 2012 election don't you?

No. He's just a gorilla that pounds his chest and screams loudly. He's not a moderate, he's a far right wingnut that pretends he's moderate. He is the GOP's answer to Obama, another faker that pretends to be someone he's not.

Oh no he is not. He is as right wing as Bush was. The only difference between Obama and Bush is that Obama gave platitudes towards gays in the run up to the election. That's it. Everything else that he does is exactly what Bush did, except Obama likes to agitate the wingnuts in the GOP in order to placate his own base so they don't realize he's in bed with the very people that the base of the Dems oppose.

Rubio, Rand, Cruz etal., are just working on gathering money for their next campaigns. They are only intent of firing up donators with the easily manipulated RWers. The GOP is working to get past the nuts, but it will take several election cycles. Now, it's just funny to watch.

The GOP does need to rid itself of the Austrian cancer that's metastasizing inside the party. After that happens, the purge of the Wall St. hacks in the DNC and the Democratic Party need to happen
