It starts telling you about her disease, then breaks into (I quote)

Morgellons is a symptom of a mental disorder, and this person seems to suffer from quite a few. Including the thought that the world is ruled by shape shifting lizard people.

Maybe you are reading something else? Appears to be a reference to behaviour. ie Like calling someone a snake. I did see a mention of query as to whether something was a quantum dot with a desc of what that is. Not what I would call raving. The "reptile" statement you might call raving.
