Thomas Jefferson wasn't made of rocks. Nor is Obama.

it would be in your best interest to step down now. obama is not humble, and it is evident. jefferson was, and if you read books, you know it. you attempted to hijack a thread because of my character mutilation of obama.

You scribble a few things about Thomas Jefferson's tombstone and then ... somehow or other ... Obama, etc, etc, etc.

My comment, wait quite a few years then compare tombstone to tombstone. Makes more sense than anything else.

thomas jefferson was a reluctant politician. obama was an aspiring politician. how this is not clear to you is shocking.

Reluctant was he? He started in politics at a pretty young age, kept it up for 40 years or so. Not that reluctant.

No, no. He was involved in politics from start to finish. Just as others like Adams was.
